THE SHOP Our shop
Casa Rufo started out as a small deli, where gatherings with food and snacks were hosted in the back room. Players from Athletic Club and friends from near and far would come together, all organized by the charismatic Rufo. Today, his son Jose Luis continues the tradition, maintaining a delicatessen at the entrance stocked with a wide variety of carefully selected, high-quality products.
AUTHENTIC Restaurant
Casa Rufo is a genuinely authentic place. Since 1995, it’s been a Bilbao classic, offering a unique atmosphere that you feel the moment you step into the deli, which today also serves as a dining spot. Founded in 1955, the shop later inspired the creation of a restaurant.
The wine cellar boasts an extensive selection of wines from various regions and countries, along with an excellent collection of top-quality brandies.
